The Alabama Choir School is excited to announce our 1st annual summer choir camp June 22–26, 2026. Our summer choir camp is available to rising second through sixth-grade singers and kids who love music! Camp is from 8:30am to 11:30am Monday through Friday.

Under the guidance and direction of our ACS conductors, highly experienced and qualified music educators, students will enjoy an exciting week of singing and music learning- all while making new friends!
Throughout the week, students will sing together in a collaborative children’s choir ensemble, divided by ages. Campers will develop their singing voices through unison singing, rounds, and beginning part-songs. In addition, campers will rotate through breakout classes which will include playing Orff instruments, exploring music literacy, playing musical games, and learning folk dances from around the world.

On the final day, all campers will perform in a final sharing of what they have learned and experienced at camp.​

What to bring?
Campers need to bring a snack and a water bottle daily. Campers should wear comfortable clothing and shoes they can move in.
